I was one of the first four people in my school to pass the FAA Part 107 exam and fly commercially, and I later spoke about it at Camp North End after earning the licence. Flying manned aircraft came after that: the student pilot certificate, then the first solo at sixteen, then the first cross-country.

Flight training is the most expensive thing I do, and it is entirely self-funded. Every hour in the aircraft is an hour paid for out of pocket, and there is a fundraiser for it that people have been generous with.
